Arde Gallery, Atrio, Antonio O’Connell

We’ve completed the first round of the Arde alphabet. We now begin a new cycle with three names that define and inspire us: Arde Gallery, the space where everything ignites; Atrio, one of our favorite places to dine in San Miguel de Allende; and Antonio O’Connell, one of the gallery’s outstanding artists, whose work has been with us since the beginning.que culinary experience by merging high Mexican cuisine with Thai food, celebrating the heritage of the Manila Galleon.

In Arde Gallery’s ABCdario, we highlight zoomorphism, an artistic style that incorporates animal forms into design or sculpture, exemplified by Eugenia Martínez’s “Dog with Glasses.” Zigzag, a dynamic pattern in art and design, adds rhythm and structure, as seen in Bradley Narduzzi’s totems. YAM Gallery & Yosegi Technique

In the ABC’s of Arde Gallery, we highlight YAM Gallery, a contemporary art space in San Miguel de Allende founded in 2010 by Adolfo Caballero and Marie Moébius. Located in the historic Instituto Allende, it offers a unique setting for showcasing photography, painting, sculpture, and installation, with a focus on artistic residencies and international collaborations. We also feature the Yosegi technique, a traditional Japanese marquetry that creates intricate geometric patterns in wood, as seen in the vibrant tables by Daniel Romero.

Additionally, in San Miguel de Allende, vineyards such as San Lucas, San Francisco, and Cuna de Tierra offer a unique wine experience in a picturesque setting.
